GigSmart is seeking a positive and hardworking individual who will be responsible for outbound sales in a call center environment. In this role you will work with customers who have already downloaded our application to help them with any questions or concerns, as well as be responsible for prospecting new business targets. The Inside Sales Representative - Requester will play a key role in achieving our ambitious growth objectives.

Job Description


  • Make outbound calls (100+ daily) to businesses and individuals who have downloaded the GigSmart app or created an online account to assist them with any questions or concerns
  • Use inbound leads and your own outbound prospecting to build a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects for the GigSmart platform
  • Conduct intro calls with new business prospects and present GigSmart’s value proposition
  • Drive increased engagement of the platforms through effective questions, conversations and ongoing relationship management
  • Verify the accuracy and validity of customer service concerns / requests
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain contact information and keep comprehensive and up-to-date client information daily in our Hubspot CRM system
  • Deliver online presentation of the platform to existing clients and prospects
  • Give excellent customer service to each contact
  • This is a true sales role! You will be focused on hunting for new business, not just account management.

Skills and Competencies

  • 3+ years of outgoing call center experience with top 10% documented performance
  • Proficient with Hubspot
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to change

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
