GigSmart is looking for a high activity, results oriented business development sales reps looking to make a visible impact on a growing company. You will generate business by selling our platform to new accounts and re-engaging inactive business users. Our Business Development Reps are tasked with making 140+ calls per day, and closing sales opportunities through these outbound calling activities. Our ideal candidate is a performance-driven hunter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This role will report daily to our office in Downtown Denver, CO.

Job Description


  • Make outbound calls (140+ daily) to prospects, as well as, inactive users
  • Sell GigSmart as a staffing solution to businesses within a defined territory
    • Prospecting: Conduct introductory calls with new business prospects
    • Inactive Users: Identify opportunities to re-engage clients
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain contact information daily in HubSpot CRM
  • Collaborate daily with our customer support team to drive job completion rates
  • Give excellent customer service to each contact
