GigSmart is looking for a high activity, results oriented business development sales reps looking to make a visible impact on a growing company. You will generate business by selling our platform into new accounts and then expanding opportunities within those accounts. Our Business Development Reps are tasked with making 100+ calls per day, and closing sales opportunities through these outbound calling activities. Our ideal candidate is a performance-driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This role will report daily to our office in Downtown Denver, CO.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls (100+ daily) to prospects, active clients, as well as inactive users
- Sell GigSmart as a staffing solution to businesses within a defined territory
- Prospecting: Conduct introductory calls with new business prospects
- Active Clients: Drive increased engagement of the platforms through effective questions, conversations and ongoing relationship management
- Inactive Users: Identify opportunities to re-engage clients
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain contact information daily in HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate daily with our customer support team to drive job completion rates
- Give excellent customer service to each contact
